Specifications


1. Thickness:0.2--3.5mm,Pure Copper tape, Ally No: UNS C11000, ISO Cu-ETP, GB T2, or JIS C1100

2. Width: 7--610mm, no limitation for length;

3. Temper: O, 1/4H, 1/2H, H 
4. Electrical conductivity: >98% 
5. Eco-friendly, provide different requests on hazardous substance, such as lead, lower than 100ppm;

6. Provide Mill certificate for each roll, with lots, specification, N.W., G.W., HV value.

7. Strict tolerance control on thickness and width, as well as other quality concern.

8. Coil weight can be customized.

9. Packing:  Neutral packing, plastic bag, paper liner in the polywood pallet or case. 1 or several coils in

1  pallet (depend on coil width), shipping mark.  One 20" GP can load 18-22 tons.

10. Lead time: 10-15days after the PO.

has high electrical and thermal conductivity, durability and malleability. It is widely used in power and electrical appliance sectors.

 

The high-precision pure copper strips are mainly used in the manufacturing of transformers and cable ties as well as in electrical switches and contact plates which have high electrical

and thermal conductivity requirements.
