Characteristic:

2. Dimensionally stable and ledeburitic 12 % Cr alloyed cold work tool steel

3. Non-deforming, low distorsion and better hardenability

4. Deep hardening, high compressive strength and high surface hardness after hardening, suitable for air hardening.

 

Application:

      For high performance cutting, punching, blanking tools up to 4 mm sheet thickness, cold shear blades for paper, plastic, 

cardboard and metal, woodworking tools, thread rolling dies, deep drawing and cold extrusion tools, pressing tools for the 

ceramic, brick and refractory industries, shaping, broaches, reamers, rods and tubes, measuring tools, scraping and trimming 

tools, deburing tools, punches and dies for cold nut manufacture, knurling tools, cold pilger mandrels, moulds for abrasive

 plastics.
